I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for treating me with the uppermost of care and professionalism from the first time I met you all, throughout my operation and now following up with my aftercare. I have been involved with several Surgeons and their personal and by far, you are second to none. It has been a true pleasure dealing with you all. I’m looking forward to a successful recovery.

Thank you for being such a gifted and experienced surgeon with such a twisted sense of humor. You took away my pain. Twice. And that is such a huge change in my life that I never want to take it for granted. I reached up over my head into a kitchen cabinet yesterday and caught myself: A year ago there were days when I could not have physically reached up above my shoulder or would have done it with great pain.

You were a solid, reliable force over the past two years when I was in lots of pain and also dealing with the Bermuda Triangle of family, job and health issues. You always gave me clear, exacting answers so I could make informed decisions and feel good about them. And you threw in humor. I needed all of that. You took away my pain, gave me back a big chunk of my life and I will try to never take that gift for granted. Thank you.

Thank you for the long hours, days and nights of study and training that brought us together. The skill in your hands and mind returned me to a life that is pain free. You are truly blessed.

I am the Father of Rene R, one of your patients. You and your staff performed an emergency neurological procedure on my son who is a 28 year old and saved his life.

There are no words or expressions that I can use to truly say THANK YOU for being the person that GOD used to save my son’s life. Your profession, knowledge and courage to save a life truly cannot be understood by laypersons. We can only imagine what it must feel like to help a person at the level that you intervene in. This is not a platitude, but I truly mean what I feel. Thank you for being there at the right time. I will forever remember your name and keep you in my thoughts for this endeavor you have done.

Last August you operated on my Husband, then an 84 year old man in constant pain. It was a long operation, and it has been a longer recovery. Yesterday he walked a mile along the jogging path in Carlin Park. Because of you, he has hope that he might work again and be able to take a vacation in Florence to revisit his favorite walking city. I don’t know that he will actually be able to do either, but you have given him hope that he will.

We wanted to thank you all for the excellent medical care you gave my Father ever since he was diagnosed with the tumor in December, 2007. We know he never would have lasted as long as he did without any of your help. Now we know you probably will also say that you were all just doing your job; still your efforts are greatly appreciated as we felt you all went above and beyond the care most Doctor’s Offices normally give. So, thanks for everything and we hope everything goes well for you all in the future!

Thank you for a second chance for a normal life. I can talk understandably, walk well, eat and drink reasonably well. I was afraid at first I’d never do these things again. No more need for sippy cups! Every improvement is a bonus.
